Staying Balanced with Sleep

The perpetual temptation of summer in the eyes of a student is to stay up late—and wake up late. That is understandable after being on such a repetitive and tiring school schedule for a good majority of the year, but it’s really important to keep good routines going so they’re not as hard to get back into later on. Too often, missing sleep will translate into a difficult re-integration into the school year in just a few short weeks’ time.

So as a friendly reminder, enjoy the late summer nights, but be responsible and try not to form any bad habits!
